Use some water-based lube on the end of the nozzle attachment. The nozzleshould already be attached to the tubing. Then suck up some water or fluid with the enema bulb by squeezing all the air out of it and then letting it expand while the nozzle tip is placed in the fluid of your choice. Saline water is agreat option, but you can find what works for you. Warm water will feel amazing while cold water may be a bit shocking to the system. Then attach the tubing to the enema bulb nozzle.
